Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
1.1 We provide website design, development, digital setup, and related services as agreed in a written quote, proposal, invoice, or order confirmation.
1.2 The specific features, deliverables and scope of your project will be outlined in your service proposal or agreement. Anything not expressly listed is considered outside the agreed scope.
1.3 We may also provide additional services such as domain setup, hosting configuration, SEO basics, content writing, analytics setup, or branding, subject to separate fees.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
2.1 Supply all text, images, content, login credentials and business information required for the project.
2.2 Ensure that all materials you provide are accurate, lawful, and free from copyright restrictions.
2.3 Respond to requests, drafts, approvals and revision notes in a timely manner.
2.4 Check all drafts, previews and final versions carefully before approving them.
2.5 Maintain backups of your own content and ensure you keep all login credentials secure.
We are not responsible for delays or errors resulting from missing, incorrect or late content.
3. Payments
3.1 Payment terms will be stated on your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:
Small projects may require full payment upfront
Larger projects may require a deposit before work begins
The balance is payable before the website is published or handed over
3.2 No work begins until the required upfront payment or deposit has been received.
3.3 Additional features, pages, revisions or services not included in the original agreement will be invoiced separately.
3.4 Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or suspension of access.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 All payments for digital work are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.
4.2 Refunds are not issued for:
Change of mind
Failure to provide content
Delays caused by the client
Dissatisfaction after approval or after work has begun
Abandoning the project
Third-party fees (domains, hosting, etc.)
4.3 Deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable.
5. Revisions & Approval
5.1 Unless otherwise agreed, projects include a limited number of revision rounds.
5.2 Revisions must be requested in writing. Large structural changes, redesigns, or new content may be billed as additional work.
5.3 Once you approve a design draft or final version, any later changes will be treated as new work.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 We retain ownership of all design elements, templates, code structures, images (unless supplied by you), and layout frameworks created during the project.
6.2 Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the final published website for your business.
6.3 You do not own drafts, design systems, source files, or unused concepts unless specifically agreed in writing.
6.4 If payment is not completed, you have no right to use, publish or reproduce any part of the design.
7. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services
7.1 Hosting, domains, email services and third-party platforms (e.g., Framer, WordPress, GoHighLevel, Namecheap, Google Business Profile, analytics tools) are provided by external companies.
7.2 We are not responsible for:
Hosting uptime or outages
Domain or DNS issues
Email failures
Third-party security breaches
Platform changes, bugs or updates
SEO fluctuations or ranking changes
7.3 Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
7.4 We may assist with setup but ultimate responsibility remains with the client.
8. Project Timelines
8.1 Delivery times given are estimates and may change due to:
Client delays
Missing content
Technical issues
Platform outages
Scope changes
Workload levels
8.2 We are not responsible for financial or business losses caused by changes in delivery timelines.
9. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Loss of profit or income
Loss of business or customers
Loss of data
Reduced rankings or SEO changes
Social media platform restrictions
Advertising performance
Errors caused by client-supplied content
Consequential or indirect damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate work if:
Payments are overdue
Communication stops for more than 14 days
You breach these Terms
You supply abusive, aggressive or inappropriate communication
Unpaid work remains unpublished, inaccessible and unusable.
11. Portfolio Use
We may showcase your website, logo, screenshots or non-sensitive business information in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before work begins.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or private information obtained during the project.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will be attempted through negotiation first; if unresolved, they may be taken to small claims court.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
